I'm Vadim Comanescu. I live in Brescia, Italy. Father, amateur chef, technology enthusiast.

I built Syneto, a data management and infrastructure company. Joined after university and did everything you do when you build a company from scratch: tech support, development, system architecture, operations, marketing, product, and eventually ran it as CEO. We built Syneto OS and the data infrastructure behind the product.

Now I'm deep into AI. Trying to make software development obsolete and software engineering great. Building autonomous software factories, exploring how organizational theory applies to multi-agent systems, and writing about it here.
